At CAVREN, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains how to request cancellation of an order placed at CAVREN.co.
Requesting a Cancellation
Please email ops@cavren.co as soon as possible with:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The items you wish to cancel
Use the subject line “Cancellation Request — Order #[Your Order Number]”.
We accept cancellations of standard merchandise orders before fulfillment begins. Because processing may begin shortly after purchase, cancellation is not guaranteed. We will email you to confirm whether your request was successful.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions after delivery.
Preorders and Personalized Items
Preorders may be canceled before fulfillment begins unless different cancellation terms were clearly disclosed before purchase.
For custom or personalized items, cancellation is available only before production begins, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Any additional restrictions will be disclosed before purchase.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
For a full order canceled before shipment, we will refund the amount paid, including applicable taxes and shipping charges. No cancellation fee applies.
For partial cancellations, we will refund the canceled items and applicable taxes, plus any shipping charges attributable solely to those items.
Refunds will be issued promptly to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit. If payment was authorized but not captured, we will void the authorization where possible.
Shipping Delays
If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated at purchase, we will notify you, provide a revised shipping estimate, and offer the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a full refund, as required by applicable law.
Cancellations by CAVREN
CAVREN may cancel an order due to unavailable merchandise, inability to verify payment, suspected fraud, or a material pricing or listing error. If this occurs, we will notify you and promptly refund any payment collected for the canceled merchandise and associated charges.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.
